Bianca is a functional medicine clinical health coach with a doctor of pharmacy degree. After 20 years in retail pharmacy she felt there had to be a better way to manage chronic conditions. Basic Consultation 30 minute - $150
The goal of a basic initial consultation will be to create a foundational plan for you to prepare yourself to make the lifestyle changes YOU want to make. I will help you identify and review options for lifestyle changes that you believe will help you build a healthier you.
Lab review and plan of action - $250
This is a basic consultation PLUS a review labs either ZRT (additional lab fees apply) or serum labs from
PCP and develop a basic plan of action to get you on the road to feeling better.
12 week coaching program - $1800
Let me guide you into your new life. You are the one making change but let's face it we all need help getting there. This plan incorporates several other available plans and more.
What is included?
- Comprehensive consultation and plan of action
- 2 follow up consultations (30 - 45 minute) at week 8 and week 12
- 1 ZRT saliva lab fee
- 1 extended serum lab fee
- 10% off supplements purchased through Elmore Pharmacy or Bee Healthy FullScript Direct to Patient supplement programs online
- 5 - 15 minute check-ins via email, text or phone
